If you enjoy working with numbers, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this could be the perfect role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesPayment Processing:* Preparing accurate weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payments.* Processing expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and authorisation procedures.Accounts Payable:* Processing supplier invoices, ensuring correct ledger coding and approval.* Ensuring payments are made in line with company policies.* Performing regular supplier statement reconciliations and resolving queries efficiently.Sales Ledger & Invoicing:* Raising accurate monthly sales invoices.* Correcting billing errors where necessary.* Liaising with local authorities to ensure all required information (purchase orders, references, etc.) is in place for timely payments.General Finance Duties:* Performing weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.* Managing the finance inbox to ensure queries are handled promptly.* Processing weekly and monthly petty cash requests.What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have:* Experience - Previous experience in a finance/accounts role, ideally handling high volumes of purchase invoices. Experience with self-invoicing and reconciliations is a plus.* Systems Knowledge - Familiarity with SAP or Sage accounting systems is essential.
