Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general cover for absent teachers across different secondary school subjects.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure that students stay engaged and on task.

• Manage classroom behavior effectively and ensure a positive learning environment.

• Support students' learning and development in a range of subject areas.

• Report on student progress and behavior to the relevant teaching staff.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

• Previous teaching experience in secondary education is highly desirable.

• Flexibility to work across a variety of schools and year groups.

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage diverse classroom environments.

• A passion for teaching and helping students reach their potential.
