History Teacher - Leicester-based Secondary School

We are working in partnership with an Ofsted 'Good' Secondary school in Leicester who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher to teach History at Key Stage 3 and 4. This is a full-time and long-term role, potentially until the end of the academic year.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging history lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
  • Predominantly teaching History lessons

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in history or a related field
  • Proven experience teaching History or Humanities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
