Your new roleHays Education works with a secondary school. They are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support within the classroom with 1:1 support in lessons and also providing support with small groups of students up to Key Stage 5.What you'll need to succeed
- You must have experience of working as a teaching assistant in a Secondary school
- Special educational needs experience is preferable
- Experience working up to Key Stage 4, ideally in a small group or 1:1 setting
- You will need to be able to communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents
- You will need to be professional, patient, resilient, and enthusiastic
