Engineer connect arerecruiting for a Maintenance/Service Alarm Engineer for a security alarm company based in the leicester area

please note this is a field based role-Your will be on the road your coverage isLeicester, coventry, nottingham , northampton

You will work full-time - 40 hours per week monday to friday

2-3years experience in a similar role

Duties :

  • Servicing/repairs on various Access Control, Door Entry, CCTV & Intruder Systems for domestic & commercial clients
  • Fault finding and Identifying issues and making recommendations for resolution.
  • Working on large and small installation projects across all security disciplines.
  • Understanding the requirements of the customer, communicating clearly and reacting efficiently.
  • providing out of hours Paid call-out to customers- part of a 1 in 7 a week scheduled rota oncall
  • Providing customers with training and demonstrations on systems.
  • Working proactively and efficiently on your own or as part of a team.
  • To stay updated on all latest advances in security systems technology in order to find the best product solutions for clients.
  • Any other reasonable requests from management.
