Automotive Service Manager required in Leicestershire

Up to £40,000 basic + OTE of £15,000

Monday to Friday, weekends as and when required

Our client has an exciting opportunity to join, and it turn, lead its busy Service department and push their already successful team further forward. The business is very well-established and can offer a great working environment alongside stability and longevity.

Due to the nature of the dealer group and franchise, you will be provided industry leading training alongside a great opportunity to further your career in regards to accreditation and progression.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Oversee and grow team performance across the service side of the business
  • Work to KPI’s in relation to the department and budgets
  • Undertake financial and budgetary requirements of the role
  • Ensure manufacturer, and dealership standards are met in relation to customer service and satisfaction

You must possess previous experience leading a busy Franchised Department alongside a customer-centric ethos, looking after new and return customers.
