Job Overview:As a Supervisor in Leicester you'll enjoy an excellent work-life balance, with evenings off and reduced weekend hours. Your workweek will be 39.5 hours. Store operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm.

Responsibilities: Your role as a Supervisor will include:

  • Elevating and maintaining high customer service standards within the store.
  • Ensuring company and brand standards are consistently met, while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Achieving store and company key performance indicators (KPIs).
