Work with Vista have a superb opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Responsible Individual/Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 2 Children's Care Homes, based in Leicester.

Duties

  • Have responsibility for overseeing and supervising the leadership and management of the homes.
  • Ensure implementation of statutory and centre policies and provide feedback to the directors on the effectiveness of policies.
  • Act as a point of contact with Ofsted and ensure the compliance requirements of the homes are actioned and outcomes delivered and measured.
  • Review performance outcomes and customer feedback to meet customer requirements and increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Resolve complex operational and service-based problems and conflicts raised through the homes day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare monitoring reports, statistical data, and evaluations in accordance with the policies of the homes where required.

Salary:
