NonStop's client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for a new Practice Manager to join their non-profit fostering organisation on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the practice and development of foster families, supervising social workers, and direct staff in the Midlands region.
  • Manage staff supervision, case decisions, reporting, and contribute to strategy and policy reviews.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and manage team dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Senior Social Worker and above
  • Experience working within a therapeutic fostering agency
  • Driver
  • Registered with Social Work England
