The Role:

Job Title:                     Housing Management Worker

Contract:                    Temp to perm

 Pay:                            16 ph on an Umbrella Basis

 The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining statistical records as required and assisting with internal and external reporting
• Assist the Senior Housing Management Worker in monitoring and evaluating the     accommodation.
• Required to carry the pager/mobile phone on a rota basis
• Supporting residents’ meetings and ensuring agendas and minutes are distributed in accordance with agreed procedures
• Ensuring that residents follow a duty rota with the assistant of the Housing Management Worker
• On the exit of a resident from the accommodation rooms must be deep cleaned and made healthy for a new incoming resident
• Professional boundaries must be respected, including the need for strict confidentiality
• Ensure accurate and timely statistical records and reporting to the appropriate line manager

The successful candidate will have:

• Demonstratable experience in a similar role
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Enhanced DBS
• Own vehicle
