Your key responsibilities will include:Conducting MHA assessments and determining the least restrictive options for care.Collaborating with health professionals, police, emergency services, and legal teams.Making complex, high-pressure decisions to safeguard individuals and the wider community.Providing expert guidance to social workers and partner agencies regarding mental health legislation.Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, legal frameworks, and best practices.

What You Need:A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.Current Social Care England registration.AMHP qualification and experience conducting MHA assessments.Strong understanding of mental health legislation, safeguarding policies, and crisis intervention.Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
