Job Title: Deputy Care Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our team at a domiciliary care service based in Leicester. As the Deputy Care Manager, you will work closely with the registered manager to ensure the smooth and effective running of the service, providing high-quality care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist the registered manager in the day-to-day management of the serviceOversee and manage a team of care workers, providing guidance and support as neededEnsure that all care plans are up to date and accurately reflect the needs of our clientsConduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor the quality of care being providedLiaise with external healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for our clientsAssist with recruitment, training, and supervision of care workersEnsure that all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with regulatory requirementsParticipate in on-call duties as requiredPromote a positive and inclusive working environment for all staff membersRequirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a domiciliary care settingNVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualificationStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of CQC regulations and standardsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexible and adaptable approach to workFull UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposesWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career development and progression within the company.
