One of our client SEMH schools in Leicester are looking to appoint an Education Support Worker as soon as possible. This will be on a full time, permanent basis and the successful candidate will be salaried directly through the school.
Role: Education Support Worker

Contract: Full Time, temp to perm
Responsibilities:
Provide individual support and supervision for pupils, encouraging their engagement in the learning process, working towards agreed aims and objectives.
Plan and deliver parts of the learning or intervention programme for the young people.
Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils as part of a professional team contributing towards meeting the academic, social, behavioural and emotional needs of young people.
