Technical Architect Role Overview
We're looking for an exceptional Technical Infrastructure Architect to strengthen our progressive IT Operations division. This strategic new position will anchor our enhanced technical support capability, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge IT services for contemporary law enforcement.
Technical Architect Core Duties
- Ensure maximum IT infrastructure performance while reducing operational disruption
- Deliver specialist technical support and manage relationships with technology partners
- Spearhead infrastructure problem management and deep-dive technical analysis
- Oversee enterprise technology deployment across on-premise and cloud environments
- Champion service excellence through strategic improvements
- Shape technology procurement through expert guidance
Technical Architect Essential Qualifications
- Technology-related degree or demonstrable senior-level industry experience
- ITIL certification (v3+) or commitment to achieve certification
- Substantial experience managing enterprise IT environments
- Proven track record in system resilience and failover planning
- Knowledge of contemporary technologies including artificial intelligence
- Track record resolving complex technical challenges
- Current driving licence and flexibility to travel when needed
