Our client is a long-established digital transformation partner to public sector and defence organisations, delivering innovative platforms that power secure, data-driven solutions. As they expand their delivery teams, theyre now looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in JavaScript and React.js.
This is a great opportunity for a Full Stack Engineer to work in a cross-functional team building end-to-end solutions that deliver both robust backend logic and intuitive, user-focused frontends. Youll help drive forward modern engineering practices in a cloud-native, Agile environment.
Your responsibilities as a Full Stack Engineer will include:
Designing and building high-performance web applications using React.js and JavaScript
Developing and consuming APIs to support front-end/backend integration
Writing clean, modular code with a focus on reusability and maintainability
Contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in a fast-paced Agile setup
Supporting deployment processes and working with DevOps to enable CI/CD workflows
Your experience as a Full Stack Engineer should demonstrate:
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and React.js
Understanding of component-based UI design, state management, and modern JS libraries
Exposure to backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, or similar
Experience working in a cloud environment and familiarity with CI/CD tools
The ability to thrive in collaborative environments and take ownership of delivery outcomes
