Learning Support Assistant - Market Harborough

Hays are working in partnership with a 'Good' 11-19 Secondary School in a charming market town in South Leicestershire. The school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide general classroom support on a 1:1 basis. This is a part-time role working 5 days a fortnight.

As an LSA, you will work under the direction and supervision of the class Teacher to assist with teaching and learning and associated activities in accordance with school policies and procedures. You will provide general classroom support as well as 1:1 and small group support to specific students where necessary.

For this role, you will need recent and relevant work experience of working within a school setting and ideally have experience of working with Secondary aged students. Special Educational Needs experience would also be an advantage.
