Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a fresh challenge in education?

As a Teaching Assistant in a specialist school, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with a range of challenges, including social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. You'll work closely with a diverse group of learners, tailoring your approach to their unique needs and encouraging engagement through creative and innovative methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the teacher to deliver alternative, stimulating approaches for students with SEN needs, including ASD and ADHD.
  • Set individualized targets for students and monitor their progress.
  • Ensure each student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
  • Support students in resolving any challenges they face, fostering positive outcomes.
