Sports Coach

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a Sports Coach to work as a Cover Supervisor at one of our Leicester based secondary schools!

Tradewind are currently supporting one of our popular client secondary schools on the Leicester and Leicestershire who are seeking a Sports Coach to work as a Cover Supervisor.

The role will involve covering PE lessons in the absence of PE staff in addition to providing cover supervisor across the secondary curriculum - you must be prepared to cover across the curriculum for this role as you won't be full-time based in the PE department.

As a cover supervisor with Tradewind you will have the flexibility to manage your own diary, be offered exceptional pay rates through PAYE and given free access to the National College for over 2000+ CPD courses!

We also offer an in house Cover Supervisor Course to refresh your knowledge of the classroom.

Pay for this position is from £90- £110 per day

The roles and responsibilities -

• Classroom Management - Ensuring pupils are engaged and following the school rules.
• Lesson Delivery - Using pre-planned lesson plans from the Cover Manager and supervise the pupils to complete the work.
• Support pupils - Offering support with the work and ensuring any needs are met.
• Feedback - Ensuring feedback is provided to the teachers and students.

To be considered for this role, we will need -

• Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
• A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
• A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
