About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Apprentice to join our team in Burton. This apprenticeship will provide hands-on experience in administrative tasks, specifically within a professional environment where attention to detail is key. As part of the role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of contracts at a director level, ensuring all documents are accurate and processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative duties, including document preparation, contract management, and filing systems.
- Ensure accuracy in contracts and communications at director level.
- Work closely with senior staff to support day-to-day operations.
- Manage and organise data and records in line with company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication, both written and verbal.
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive and reliable attitude, with a willingness to learn.
