- Conducting asset surveys related to External Wall Insulation (EWI)
- Reporting on the condition of properties and suggesting necessary improvements
- Working closely with the property department to plan maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring all work complies with current building regulations and standards
- Liaising with tenants regarding any property-related issues
- Documenting and maintaining records of all surveys and inspections
- Coordinating with contractors and ensuring work is completed to the agreed standard
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the property department
