Certain Advantage is hiring for a Sales Project Coordinator, based near Hinckley.
This role is on a permanent basis and is fully office based.

You would be joining a growing business, which has a great culture and vibrant team, working from purpose-built facilities, where you will excel in a multi-faceted role, working with civil engineering contractors, architects, designers and other construction professionals.
The Company:We're working with a well-established business which is currently experiencing rapid and sustained growth, manufacturing and supplying a range of advanced materials and products for water management and sustainable drainage systems in civil engineering and construction markets.
This is a highly reputable SME, which has recently moved into purpose-built facilities, offering a role which enables development, in a collaborative, friendly and vibrant culture.
The Role:This role is for someone with a background working with either drainage / water management or other civil engineering products, looking for a varied and versatile position.
You will be part of the internal sales team, working closely with civil engineering contractors and other clients / stakeholders to assist with technical enquiries, recommendations, and quotations.
- Provide technical assistance to key stakeholders and clients, such as civil engineering contractors, housing developers, architects and designers
- Develop existing and target new client accounts
- Incoming and outgoing calls to clients
- Provide a 3-month sales forecast
- Create quotations from customer enquiries, looking to increase conversion of quotations to orders
- Assist with some project management duties
- Maintain CRM
Skills & Experience
- Internal Sales experience or similar
- Background in Civil Engineering / Construction
- Any understanding, exposure or experience with drainage products / materials is desirable
- 10% Annual bonus, based on individual and company performance
- 5 hour working day, with flexible working
