From medical and industrial applications to scientific research and telecommunications, their technology engineered to meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities. You will also be tasked with maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. You will act as the bridge between the engineering team and clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the technical aspects of their products and how they solve business challenges.The ideal candidate has both a passion for technology and strong sales skills, with the ability to communicate complex solutions in an easy-to-understand way.

  • Sales Development & Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory 
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions. Meetings booked both virtually and face to face.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and presentations, highlighting the technical features and benefits that align with customer needs.
  • Sales Process Management: Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while managing your sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.
  • Technical Consultation: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales.
  • A hunter mentality is integral to the success of this role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
