The professional services department at SF is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Administrator who excels in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in a rapidly growing business. We are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Administrator to support procurement, logistics, and general office operations. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will ensure smooth day-to-day processes while also contributing to business improvements as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Procurement Manager in sourcing new raw materials and packaging when needed.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts, investigating any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate cost records for raw materials and packaging.
  • Request and compare logistics quotes for new customer requirements.
  • Manage supplier approvals, ensuring all required documentation is obtained.
  • Order factory consumables, both regularly used and ad-hoc.
  • Support business improvement projects as assigned by management.
  • Provide support on ad hoc duties.

Do you possess the following skills?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • At least two years of FMCG experience, preferably in the food industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
