They are now seeking to take on a qualified and hard-working LEV Testing Engineer. This role would suit someone who has extensive experience carrying out the testing of local exhaust ventilation (LEV) systems in line with HSG 258 / COSHH guidelines. Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P601 is essential to the role.
" Extensive experience working as an LEV Test Engineer for a reputable LEV / Clean Air provider.
" Will be commercially minded, able to confidently upsell and promote products and services.
" Excellent knowledge of HSG 258 / COSHH guidelines.
" Able to communicate with colleagues and clients of all levels efficiently.
" Good IT skills, able to create detailed reports.
The Role:
" Attending various longstanding client sites to carry out LEV (local exhaust ventilation) testing.
" Undertaking routine validation and maintenance work.
" Installing, servicing and testing both dust and fume extraction systems.
" Carrying out emissions testing.
" Examining class 1-3 fume cupboards.
" Visiting sites in line with client needs.
" Recognising opportunities to upsell and promote services / products to new and existing client.
" Working in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
" Using information from site to create detailed reports ensuring technical accuracy before submitting to clients.
