As the Regional Manager, you will have full accountability for the performance of multiple stores within your region, ensuring they meet sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Area Managers, driving high performance and ensuring stores consistently meet sales and operational targets.
- Take ownership of the overall performance of your region, ensuring the achievement of sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive trade, enhance the customer experience, and increase store footfall.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development initiatives for store management teams, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and retention.
- Foster a customer-first culture across all stores, ensuring that exceptional service and customer satisfaction are always at the forefront.
- Analyse regional performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and take corrective actions as required.
- Align regional strategies with company objectives, working closely with senior leadership to maximise growth and profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards across all stores.
- Provide detailed reports to senior management on regional performance, offering insights and recommending actions for continued success.
Requirements:
- Must have proven experience as a Regional Manager, leading a team of Area Managers or Cluster Managers within an assisted sales retail environment.
- Proven experience in an assisted sales retail environment is essential, with a strong understanding of how to drive customer engagement and conversion in this model.
- A passion for driving trade, achieving sales targets, and improving overall performance in a competitive retail market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- A customer-focused mindset, ensuring all stores provide a seamless and positive shopping experience.
