- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest paint technologies, formulations, and coatings to offer the most effective solutions to clientsas a Technical Paint Specialist.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, and recommend suitable paint products and systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve paint issues such as coverage, drying, adhesion, and surface preparation problems.
- Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for staff, contractors, and clients on the correct use of paints and coatings.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to ensure that our paint products meet all technical specifications and customer expectations as a Technical Paint SpecialistÂ
- Project Management: Assist in the management of large-scale projects, providing technical guidance and support from inception to completion.

- A recognised training in a relevant coatings/paint field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
