Senior Associate Town Planner - Leicester - £Negotiable

As a Senior Associate Town Planner, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our mission by leading complex planning projects, engaging with stakeholders, and providing innovative solutions to urban development challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive planning strategies for urban projects.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and feasibility studies to support planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and government officials to ensure project success.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to gather input and foster positive relationships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform planning decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Geography, or related field.
  • Experience in urban planning or a related field, with a focus on project management and strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, and environmental policies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in GIS, CAD, and other planning software preferred.
