We are proud to working alongside our client, a well-established national organisation with their search for a Transport Administrator to be based on site in Leicester
What does the role involve?
- Carrying out all supportive administration functions within the Transport department and the planners on site
- Managing the in-house systems and databases
- Liaising sand communicating with others within the Customers on the phone
- Managing and maintaining office files
- Ensuring high levels of customer service with our clients and ensuring a high level of performance is maintained at all times.
- Ensure that all jobs are documented correctly.
- Assisting the department that from and documentation perspective the department is compliant
Your Experience
- Experience within a Transport Department would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
- Can multi-Task and prioritise duties.
- Strong IT Experience (Excel and Word)
