- Work in conjunction with the delivery team, to create individual support plans and oversee the Construction curriculum.
- Provide advice and support to the onsite delivery teams.
- Responsible for the implementation of engaging and motivational teaching, delivered 1-1 or in a small group.
- Provide learning support for the duration of the accredited learning programmes, leading to employability outcomes.
- Maintain learner progress records, including the monitoring and reviewing of Learning Support Plans.
- Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g. AET/PTLLS/PGCE).
- Must be CSCS qualified and hold a recognised qualification within a Construction trade.
- Must hold solid, occupational experience within Multi-Skilled Construction (e.g. Plastering, Paint, Brickwork).
- Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents.
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
