Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Food Technology lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that covers food science, nutrition, culinary skills, and food safety.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Organise and supervise practical cooking sessions, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and participate in school events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of food science, nutrition, and culinary techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
