TeacherActive looking for a Further Education Teacher who can carefully adapt their teaching to ensure challenge and enable progress and who is relentless in their pursuit of positive outcomes for young adults.
The successful applicant will possess the following key attributes, and have experience of the key responsibilities for this role
· Post 16 Graduate Certificate in Education or BA Hons Degree qualification in Education
· Be emphatic and proactive in meeting the educational need of young adults with learning disabilities/Autism
· Experience of teaching learners with severe, profound and complex needs including Autism.
· Extensive knowledge and understanding of inclusive practice.
