Carriera is thrilled to collaborate with an award-winning construction and engineering consultancy operating across the UK. We are seeking a driven CDM/Health & Safety Advisor eager to take the next step in their career or a seasoned Senior CDM Advisor to join our client's Leicester office. In this role, you will provide comprehensive CDM/Health & Safety advisory services to clients within the built environment.

Role Overview: Our client is looking for skilled CDM/Health & Safety professionals to cover projects on a regional basis. While the role is based in Leicester, it offers a mix of home, office, and site visits across the Midlands. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded H&S professional with a proven track record in delivering a broad range of health and safety services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a variety of health & safety services to a diverse client portfolio.
  • Ensure all project sites are CDM compliant, with up-to-date and accurate documentation.
  • Conduct investigations into accidents, incidents, fires, and dangerous occurrences.
  • Prepare Pre-Construction Information, Construction Phase Plans, and Health & Safety Files.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of H&S and CDM legislation.
  • Perform site safety inspections and audits.

Candidate Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum requirement).
  • Membership in IOSH.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Valid UK driving license.
