We are working with a renowned and nationally recognised provider of Water Treatment / Water Hygiene services. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to take on a hardworking and competent Water Treatment / Plumbing Engineer. Covering Healthcare, Industrial, Retail, and Local Authority sites you will be carrying out CWST cleans, chlorinations & repairs, deadleg removals, and cooling tower cleans & disinfections. For the successful candidate, our client can offer cross training into other environmental / compliance sectors, excellent holiday allowance and enrolment onto the company pension scheme.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience working for a reputable Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company.
" Will ideally hold the City and Guilds / NVQ L2 or higher in Plumbing.
" Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of relevant chemicals.
" IT literate.
" Holding the G3 unvented certificate would be beneficial to the role.
" Able to organise workload in line with company and client needs.
The Role:
" Carrying out CWST cleans, chlorinations, and repairs.
" TMV servicing, installation, maintenance and replacement.
" Failsafe testing.
" Mains injections.
" Routine flushing of little used outlets.
" Cooling tower cleans and disinfections.
" Removing, rerouting, and adjusting copper / PVC pipework.
" Legionella sampling & temperature monitoring.
" Showerhead cleans and descales.
" Carrying out inspection of hot water cylinders if G3 unvented ticket is held.
" Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Updating onsite logbooks upon completion of work.
