Gemini People is working on behalf of a leading employer in the Leicestershire LE7 area to recruit an experienced TIG and MIG Welder to join their skilled team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG and MIG welding on a range of materials and components.
- Ensure welds are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Follow technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Conduct quality checks on work to meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a TIG and MIG Welder (essential).
- Proficient in welding with a variety of materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
- Competitive pay rate of up to £14 - £18 per hour.
- Monday to Friday working hours.
- Working Hours are from 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00.
