Pay: 15.00 - 16.00 per hour (DOE) to achieve the higher rate experience in supervising for a minimum of 2 years is required.
Pay per annum is 31,200 to 33,280

About the Role:
DC Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client in Leicester for a Welding Supervisor for a well-established sheet metal/fabrication company.
You will Lead a skilled team of welders, ensuring top-quality results while maintaining safety and efficiency.
This role is perfect for an experienced welder with leadership potential and a passion for high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate welding tasks
Plan and assign welding projects to meet deadlines
Inspect welds for quality and compliance
Provide training, feedback, and mentorship to the welders
Maintain equipment, ensure safety standards, and oversee shop floor staff
Perform quality checks to ensure consistency and excellence
What We're Looking For:
Proven MIG welding experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong technical knowledge of welding processes including MIG, laser machining & press brake
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A commitment to high-quality work and safety.
Leadership potential able to take on more responsibility in quality control, employee supervision, and stock management.
