The Recruitment Group is working with a large, reputable cleaning company based in Leicester. Due to increased workloads, we are looking for a dynamic and hard-working individual to join the team as an Industrial Window Cleaner.
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our cleaning team, where you will be responsible for cleaning commercial windows using water fed poles and traditional cleaning methods. The role will involve working across various locations in Leicester, and you must adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
- Clean windows using water fed poles and traditional methods.
- Provide general cleaning services to include offices, meeting rooms, and other commercial spaces.
- Ensure correct use of chemicals and cleaning solutions.
- Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety standards.
- Report any hazards, near misses, or safety concerns to your manager.
About You:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with site users and colleagues.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional cleaning standards.
- Full driving licence preferred, as you may need to drive the company vans.
