Job PurposeAs Audit Senior, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
- Leading audits from planning to completion, including fieldwork and reporting
- Reviewing junior team members’ work and providing constructive feedback
- Preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as their first point of contact
- Supporting the development of junior staff through mentoring and training
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects, such as due diligence and business advisory

The Successful CandidateThe ideal candidate will:
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified, or a finalist with relevant audit experience in UK practice
- Have strong technical knowledge of audit processes and accounting standards
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
- Be a proactive team player with strong organisational skills
- Show enthusiasm for mentoring and developing junior staff members
- Be confident in managing a varied workload and meeting deadlines effectively
- £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
