We are looking for an experienced Mechanicalestimator with experiance in Ductwork or thermal insulation, to work on fast track fitout projects typically ranging from 500K to 2m in value. This role can be hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home). Rare position with very quality driven, higher endBuilding Services Contractor we have supplied for 20 years.
Lead role, supported by more junior staff.
Exceptional working environment.
- Proficiency in researching materials, equipment, and labour costs.
- Experience withestimating software.
- Strong Excel skills are beneficial.
- Skilled in liaising with clients to gather project requirements.
- Ability to obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotes.
- Experience assessing project risks and preparing detailed quotations.
- Proven track record of maintaining strong client and site relationships.
- Competent in data analysis, cost forecasting, and compliance checks.
- Attending design, progress, and commercial meetings regularly.
