Sonic Summary

An experienced Mortgage Advisor is sought to join a leading estate agent in Essex on an employed basis.
The position offers a probation salary of £27,500, which increases to £30,000 after three months, with an OTE of over £70,000 and 20% commission.
Candidates should possess CeMap or equivalent qualifications and have experience in a mortgage adviser role, ideally with CAS Status.
The successful candidate will be responsible for writing mortgage business, providing exceptional client service, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and effective time management are essential for this role.

We are currently looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our client's successful team on an employed basis working within the leading estate agent in Essex. This position offered strong earning potential, leads provided as well as admin support.

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

Probation salary £27,500, then increases to £30,000 once 3-month probation is passed.
OTE £70,000+ (uncapped)
20% commission
Leads Provided
Admin support

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

CeMap or Equivalent qualifications
Experience in a mortgage adviser position
Ideally CAS Status
Able to build and forge strong relationships.
Strong communication skills.
Analytical and able to research.
Provide exceptional client service.
Strong negotiation and influencing.
Organised and effective time management.

Mortgage Advisor duties will include but will not be limited to:

Writing Mortgage Business
Provide the highest level of customer care at all times
Convert booked appointments into business
Contact customers for missed opportunities
Maintain proactive ongoing customer contact
Adhere to sales structure, advice quality and compliance guidance at all times
Achieve sales targets each month
