A leading display company in Southend-on-Sea is looking for a hands-on Large Format Print Allrounder to join the team and take the lead. They’ve got a solid team in place, but they need someone with experience to guide, train, and raise the bar.
What you'll be doing:
No two days are the same here. You'll be involved in the full process from start to finish:

Operating large format printers – UV, latex, and solvent machines. If it prints big, you’re on it.

Finishing – laminating, mounting, cutting, and everything in between.

Installing – occasionally on-site fitting of graphics, signage, and displays.

Problem-solving – keeping jobs running smoothly and delivering top-quality work.

Leading by example – sharing your expertise and helping the team improve their skills.
What you bring:

Solid experience in large format printing and finishing.

Confidence using a range of machines – any brand, you pick it up fast.

A can-do attitude – you get stuck in and take pride in your work.

A valid UK driving licence – for those all-important installs.

Leadership skills – you’re happy to guide and develop an eager but less experienced team.
