A spectacular opportunity for an accomplished Business Development Executive to join a distinguished Broker near Leigh-On-Sea

This is an unmissable opportunity for a BDE with strong experience within Finance and Property

The role is office based and provide the first point of contact for introducers:

  • Generating leads within our market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Undertake research into specific towns prior to setting up appointments.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Provide backup including answering telephone calls, texts and emails for the divisional director when brokers are seeking terms
  • Ensure that data including tracking of calls, correspondence and visits are accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system.
  • Attend and contribute to sales meetings
  • Send broker packs out and follow up
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

What you will need:

  • Dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional, preferably with experience within the bridging finance sector
  • Must have some experience in finance or property
  • 2 years’ experience generating leads
  • Capable of self-generating leads, and 'openingdoors' with brokers
  • Proven track record in achieving new business and selling services ideally to brokers
  • Detailed knowledge of the bridging market is highly desirable.
  • Commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Independent, organised and able to work on your own initiative, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Enthusiasm, drive and passion with a strong desire to 'win’ new business.
  • Good Computer skills
  • Full driving Licence
