Job PurposeAs an Audit Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Leading audit engagements from planning to completion, overseeing all aspects of the process
- Reviewing audit work, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team
- Supporting business development activities, identifying opportunities to expand the firm’s services
- Working closely with Partners to contribute to the strategic direction of the audit department

The ideal candidate will:
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified with significant audit experience in UK practice
- Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of audit regulations and standards
- Have a proven track record in managing client portfolios and leading audit engagements
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
- Be a confident leader with experience in mentoring and developing junior staff
- Have a proactive approach to identifying business development opportunities
- Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects effectively
