Permanent/Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am-6pm) / 1 in 2 Saturdays (8.30am – 12pm)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Your key objective will be to drive the performance of the parts department in order to ensure that excellent customer service is provided and all financial targets are achieved.
- Ensuring that all customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Answering customers queries and questions regarding any technical problems, warranties and repairs.
- Carrying out stock takes and maintaining an inventory.
- Inspecting any items for quality or damage.
Your Background & Skill:
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager within the motor trade OR a Parts Advisor with very strong experience looking for a step-up.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work towards deadlines.
- You hold a keen eye for detail and the ability to negotiate at all levels.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Confident and professional.
