- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
- Provide training, coaching, and development to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
- Create and maintain a positive and high-energy working environment.
- Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and meet business objectives.
- Drive team performance to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Regularly review sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Client Relationships and Business Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property sellers, buyers, and clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for high-value clients, offering advice and guidance throughout the buying/selling process.
- Lead business development initiatives, including marketing strategies and client outreach to expand the agency's reach.
- Market Knowledge and Reporting:
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Analyse sales data and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Provide insights on market conditions, pricing trends, and areas of opportunity.
- Compliance and Company Policies:
- Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies and all relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Proven experience in sales and leadership (minimum of 3-5 years).
- Demonstrable experience in managing and motivating a sales teams up to 30 staff to exceed targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the property market, including local trends, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build lasting client relationships and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using property management and CRM software.
- Full driving license
- Relevant qualifications in estate agency or real estate are desirable but not essential (e.g., NAEA, ARLA).
