Protection Adviser

Job Title: Protection Adviser.Location: Fully remote working after completing 3 months of Office based Training.Basis: Employed-Full Time.Salary: Basic salary of Up to £30,000 DOE + Commission, Realistic Year 1 OTE £75K.Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am to 6.00pm.Rayner Personnel are the UK’S leading Financial Services Recruiters, and we are proud to work with the UK’s leading Mortgage Brokerages, Estate Agents & Financial institutions.Our client is Southend-on-Sea's premier independent Mortgage brokerage. The business has gone from strength to strength and specialise in First Time Buyers, Home Movers, Second Properties and BTL's. Having recently joined forces with a local estate agent, they are now seeking an additional experienced Protection Adviser to join their team who will be responsible for providing protection advise to their client base. You will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of writing decent levels of business in a previous Mortgage and or Protection advice position to be considered. You will initially spend 3 months at the company's head office, once training is complete the role becomes fully remote.All leads will be provided, last year one of their Protection Advisers earnt over £120K so the possibilities are endless to increase your earnings above the quoted £75K OTE. Keyresponsibilities for this Protection Advisor role:

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the estate agency team; providing support and training where required.
• Provide expert protection advice to clients looking to purchase. residential, Commercial and/or investment properties.
• Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself.
• Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience.
• Stay up to date with the Protection market and trends.
• Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, always maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Skills and experience for this Mortgage and Protection Advisor role:

• Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 12 months experience in a previous Protection or Mortgage and Protection adviser role.
• Good track record of achieving and exceeding cross sales; ensuring clients are adequately protected.
• Ability to generate new business in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Ability to always put the customer first.
• Full UK driving licence.
