Data Rewards Analyst  

We are recruiting for an experienced Data Rewards Analyst to join our client who are based in Leigh on Sea.  This is a great opportunity to join a small team in a well-established company. 

The Data Rewards Analyst provides analytical and report writing expertise to support the benchmarking activities of the memberships Employers' Associations, the biennial P&I survey, and other commissioned surveys. 

The role holder provides a service to Association members - both ad hoc (offering support and advice when necessary) and planned (e.g., organisation of the annual conference, networking events).

You will also work closely with colleagues in the Business Development team with the aim of growing the memberships.

Job Duties:

Salary Surveys:

  • Survey preparation work
  • Data collection, validation and loading to the database
  • Production and distribution of survey reports
  • Analysing data and writing narrative reports

Annual Conference:

  • Each year, members of both associations travel to London to attend our conference, you will be involved in general event administration (venue, catering, delegate administration, marketing), agenda planning, sourcing, and liaising with speakers

Membership Management and Liaison:

  • Managing the joiner, leaver, and membership renewal processes
  • Creating / updating membership records

Person Specification:

  • Numerically minded, with sound analytical skills and a logical, methodical approach to problem solving.
  • The ability to translate large volumes of data into meaningful reports, produced to a high standard of written English.
  • Customer focussed with an understanding of the integrity and discretion required when working with sensitive data.
  • Organised and able to work independently and with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive team member, with high levels of personal responsibility and the ability to use own initiative to aid delivery.
  • Advanced understanding and proven capability of MS Excel, including the use of pivot tables, advanced formulae, data validation / rules and producing a variety of charts and graphs.

Job Type:        Full Time (37.5 hours) or Part Time (Min 20 hours a week),   Permanent

Area:                Leigh on Sea, Essex

Hours:             Monday to Friday – Hybrid Working 3 days in 2 days out

Salary:             £25,000 - £30,000 PA (Pro rata for part time salaries)
