Role: Conveyancing Solicitor

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Location: Leigh-on-Sea

Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday

Role

  • Manage the legal aspects of buying and selling residential and commercial properties, ensuring all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the property transaction process to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct thorough title searches to verify property ownership and identify any potential legal issues or encumbrances that could affect the transaction.
  • Ensure all transactions adhere to legal requirements and industry standards, mitigating risks and resolving any disputes or issues that arise during the conveyancing process.

The Person

  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
  • Possesses at least 4 years experience within Residential Conveyancing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player, someone who has a strong desire to grow with business
  • Ability to network and attract new clients
