Our client is a specialist finance broker based in Essex and are looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner.

Their growth over the last year has been impressive and as a result, they are looking to grow their current team.

They are looking for someone from either a Mortgage OR IFA background.

The team is diverse, sociable and hard working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keeping cases moving
  • Chasing solicitors and lenders
  • Managing files and supporting brokers with getting terms.
  • Completing suitability letters and wrapping up deals
  • Attending Client meetings & corresponding with clients
  • Writing Engagement Letters

Skills & Experience

  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
  • Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving
  • Works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team.
