We are a dynamic and growing company, looking for a highly organised, friendly and professional Receptionist Administrator /. PA to join our team.

As a key member of our office, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent administrative support to the team, while creating a welcoming environment for both customers and employees.

We are a well-established foot health business providing domiciliary services to individuals in their homes as well as in the Clinic.

We are currently seeking a Temporary part-time Office Administrator to join our team for two days per week. These days will be Thursday and Friday, however training will be needed on other days in the lead up to the main working days to ensure systems are learnt correctly.

(Thursday and Friday) Between 9am and 5 PM - It is essential that you are flexible to potentially work extra days on a week by week basis to ensure reception desk is covered.

Role Overview

The Office Administrator will play a key role in the smooth running of our operations, providing essential administrative support and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage email correspondence, and ensure smooth communication throughout the office and across all employees diaries.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging meetings.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, stationery, stock, and general office organisation.
  • Using booking systems, MS Word, and email platforms efficiently
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presents a positive image on the company.

  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
  • A confident and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
