Our client is a respected and successful estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking a senior property manager to join their friendly team just outside Southend on sea.

Working days:

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

Salary package on offer:

  • Basic salary up to £30,000 
  • Realistic On Target Earnings of £35,000+ OTE (Uncapped)
  • Ongoing training & support

Senior Property Manager requirements:

  • Experience working within property management
  • Full UK driving License
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work within a team but also on your own

The role of a Senior Property Manager will involve the following:

  • Providing updates and solutions.
  • Manage compliance checks
  • Ensuring the property is complying with current legislation
  • Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved and all parties are updated.
