The salary package includes a basic salary of up to £30,000 with realistic On Target Earnings exceeding £35,000, which is uncapped.
Candidates should be able to work under pressure and both independently and as part of a team.

Our client is a respected and successful estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking a senior property manager to join their friendly team just outside Southend on sea.

Working days:

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

Salary package on offer:

Basic salary up to £30,000
Realistic On Target Earnings of £35,000+ OTE (Uncapped)
Ongoing training & support

Senior Property Manager requirements:

Experience working within property management
Full UK driving License
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work within a team but also on your own

The role of a Senior Property Manager will involve the following:

Providing updates and solutions.
Manage compliance checks
Ensuring the property is complying with current legislation
Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved and all parties are updated.
